Stewardship of performance management (process, coaching, supporting, continuous improvement)
n
First escalation point for IR issues (external adviser will be available for use for complex matters)
n
Own and run the induction process
n
Manage staff grievance process
n
Return to work assistance
n
Trainee and work placement management
n
Oversee the talent management
n

Requirements
n
n
3-5 years experience in a HR or related role
n
Bright with great people skills
n
Lots of energy and positivity
n
High level of professionalism
n
Based in the Newcastle / Central Coast / Hunter
