Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the end‐to‐end architecture of Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous workflows, reasoning models, and AI‐driven orchestration.
n
Design and implement solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry, custom copilots, plugins, and extensibility patterns.
n
Architect intelligent workflows using Power Automate, AI actions, and multi‐step agentic behaviours.
n
Define solution blueprints integrating AI models, data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems.
n
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into secure, scalable architectural designs.
n
Oversee implementation teams, ensuring adherence to security, performance, and compliance standards.
n
Establish governance, architecture standards, and best practices for AI and Power Platform adoption.
n
Conduct technical assessments, solution reviews, and ongoing platform optimisation.

Requirements
n
n




Active Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory).
n
Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering AI, automation, or cloud‐based solutions.
n
Hands‐on expertise with:n
n
Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous systems, or AI‐driven
reasoning/orchestration
patterns
n
Azure AI Foundry and generative AI model integration
n
Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio, skills, plugins, custom actions)
n
Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
n
n
Solid understanding of API integration, secure data flows, and enterprise architecture principles.
n
Experience designing cloud‐native solutions using Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Cognitive Services).
n
Ability to create solution architecture documents, diagrams, and design artifacts.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Proven ability to operate in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
