Reporting to the Program Director, work with leaders, subject matter experts, technology teams and vendors to translate business needs into workable change.
n
What you will do
n
n
Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
n
Map current-state processes and define practical future-state processes.
n
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
n
Develop workflows, procedures and operating model documentation.
n
Support data readiness, migration, integration and solution design.
n
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect follow-up and sign-off.
n
Support business readiness, cutover, go-live and handover.
n

What you will bring
n
n
Proven Business Analyst experience in ERP, HRIS, workforce management, payroll, finance or systems transformation.
n
Solid process-mapping, requirements and documentation skills.
n




Confidence facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
n
Experience supporting integration, data migration, testing and implementation.
n
Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
n
Relevant qualifications in business, information technology or a related field.
n
Aged care, healthcare, regulated sector or multi-site experience will be highly regarded.
