Position
An opportunity is now available for an
Internal Sales qualified
to join the team.
Working closely with customers and the branch team, you will be responsible for providing product advice, preparing quotes, processing orders and ensuring customers receive a high level of service.
You will deal primarily with electrical contractors and trade customers, developing strong relationships and helping customers find the right products and solutions for their projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing enquiries from electrical contractors and trade customers
Providing product advice and recommending suitable solutions
Preparing quotes and following up opportunities
Processing sales orders and coordinating deliveries
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Supporting the external sales team and Branch Manager
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow existing accounts
Maintaining strong product knowledge across the electrical range
Candidate
To be considered, you will ideally have experience in an internal sales, counter sales or customer service capacity, within a relatable industry.

Is confident with quoting, order processing and customer enquiries
Has genuine sales motivation and a strong work ethic
Enjoys building relationships and providing excellent customer service
Is commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
Wants to develop their career within the electrical wholesale industry
