Job Description

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a customer to become more independent at home and in the community. Responsibilities include mentoring, coaching independent living skills, medication administration, and detailed handover notes to support continuity of care.

Applicants should have a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain) and a First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003).
