ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a motivated Assistant Showroom Manager to support our showroom operations. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills while contributing to business growth in a agile, customer-focused setting.

You'll support showroom operations, assist with sales performance, and help develop team members while delivering exceptional customer experiences that build long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support showroom operations and maintain exceptional customer service standards
n
Assist with sales strategies and contribute to achieving revenue targets
n
Help mentor team members and support their performance development
n
Process orders and manage client inquiries through NetSuite accurately
n
Assist with showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
n
Support coordination with logistics and warehouse teams
n
Help track client interactions and contribute to customer insights

ABOUT YOU

Retail or customer service experience with leadership potential
n
Strong communication and sales skills with desire to develop management abilities
n
Passion for exceptional customer service and design/furniture interest
n
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Proactive, collaborative approach with eagerness to learn

Available to work weekends with adaptable scheduling
n
Keen eye for detail and brand presentation standards

Experience in furniture or homewares industry
