Job Description

XPT Software is seeking an experienced DNS Operations skilled based in Current South Wales to act as an L3 escalation point for complex incidents affecting production services. The role requires deep BIND expertise, and solid knowledge of TTL, caching, and query resolution flow.

You will diagnose outages, optimize latency and routing behavior, and collaborate with L1/L2, NOC, and Core Network teams to restore services quickly.
