Job Description

For Purpose Aged Care is opening a brand-recent 180-bed aged care home in November 2026. The Resident Wellbeing Coordinator (Lifestyle Coordinator) will join during commissioning, shaping the wellbeing vision and resident experience from day one.

Starting early to mid‐September 2026, you will recruit and mentor Wellbeing Assistants, design lifestyle programs, and foster warmth, dignity and belonging for residents, families and staff.
