We are seeking an optometrist to join our practice on a full-time or part-time basis, with working days negotiable.

Position Overview

Comprehensive eye examinations and management of chronic ocular conditions (diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration)
n
Myopia management for paediatric patients
n
Frame and lens consultations
n
Full-time on-site dispensing support, enabling a clear separation between clinical and retail responsibilities
n

Remuneration and Perks

$90,000–$120,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time), commensurate with experience

Monthly performance bonus

Negotiable working days

Candidate Requirements

Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
n
Minimum 1–2 years' post-graduate experience
n
Demonstrated confidence in chronic disease management
n
Capacity to work independently
n
Strong interpersonal skills, including experience working with paediatric patients
n
