The Breakfast Creek Hotel is a destination, from our bustling steakhouse to our legendary bars, and we are seeking a leader who can navigate our scale while ensuring every guest receives the iconic experience we are known for.

Responsibilities

Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew
n
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a outstanding vibe
n
Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of hospitality professionals
n
Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
n
Bring energy, service, and smiles every shift
n

Inherent Requirements

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

n

n




You've spent time in the bar, bistro, or gaming room, and have some supervisory experience
n
You've learned from outstanding managers and are ready to step up
n
You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
n
You hold a current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager's License as per state requirements
n
