Job Description

HYPAR Residential Care on the Sunshine Coast is seeking youth workers to mentor and support young people with high to complex needs. You will work as part of a house team to provide a protected, therapeutic home setting and engage in activities that promote well-being.

Responsibilities include personal care, planning activities, and completing daily notes. A focus on building robust relationships and following child-protection guidelines is essential.
