Support Workersto join our dedicated team supporting a participant inDandenong Vic and surrounding area (Up to 50 kms)

If you're looking forongoing, stable employment,minimum 2- 8-hour shifts, and the opportunity to build a genuine, long-term relationship with one participant, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
n
As a valued member of our support team, you'll play an significant role in assisting the participant to live as independently as possible while promoting choice, dignity, and quality of life.
n
Your responsibilities may include but not limited to:
n
n
Personal care
n
Supporting daily living activities
n
Domestic assistance and meal preparation
n
Community access and appointments
n
Encouraging independence and achieving individual goals
n
Building a positive and trusting relationship with the participant
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
Compassionate, patient and reliable
n
Experienced supporting participants with complex care needs
n
Confident with personal care, manual handling and medication assistance
n
A strong communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships
n
Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support
n
National Police Check
n
Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle (preferred)
n
Working With Children Check
n
