Position: ServiceNow Developer
n
Onsite: 5 Days/Week
n
Role Overview
n
The ServiceNow Developer will support the design, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications for a Government setting. The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and easy-to-use ServiceNow solutions aligned with Government standards and processes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Configure and develop ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request
n
Develop workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies
n
Support integrations using REST APIs where required
n
Perform unit testing and support system testing activities
n
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues
n
Maintain technical documentation and follow change management processes
n
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
n
Ensure solutions comply with Government security and governance standards
n
n
Required Skills & Experience
n
n
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
n
Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration and scripting
n
Experience working in ITSM environments
n
Understanding of ITIL processes
n
Good communication and documentation skills
n
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or similar)
n
Experience working on Government or large enterprise projects
n
Exposure to ServiceNow integrations and reporting
