Gridsight is scaling rapidly and seeks an IT Operations Manager to own IT operations end-to-end, from onboarding current hires to maintaining SOC 2 and guiding ISO ***** readiness. You'll be the first dedicated owner, reporting to the VP of Operations, shaping processes and supporting a growing employee base.
You'll lead IT operations and security compliance, manage access and provider relationships, and partner with engineering and People to ensure a smooth employee experience while audit readiness
