We are partnering with a rapidly growing boutique advisory firm in Melbourne CBD seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expanding team.

You will manage a diverse SME portfolio and work closely with senior leaders on both compliance and advisory engagements.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns (companies, trusts, individuals, partnerships)
n
Manage your own client portfolio
n
Support tax planning and advisory work
n
Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor
n
Review junior staff work and contribute to development
n
Assist with broader business advisory projects
n
n
About you
n
n
Australian qualifications and experience
n




CA/CPA qualified or near completion
n
3–5+ years' public practice experience
n
Strong tax and compliance technical skills
n
Confident communicator with client‐facing experience
n
Interested in progressing into advisory and leadership
n
n
