About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Buying and selling foreign currencies
n
Providing excellent customer service
n
Processing cash transactions accurately
n
Identifying and verifying customers in accordance with AML/CTF regulations
n
Balancing cash drawers and maintaining accurate records
n
Answering customer enquiries in person and over the phone
n
Assisting with general office and administrative duties
n
Maintaining a clean, professional and secure working environment
n
n

Excellent customer service skills
n
Solid numerical ability and attention to detail

Honest, reliable and trustworthy

Professional presentation and communication skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable handling cash and following procedures

Basic computer skills
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Highly Regarded:
n
n
Ability to speak Mandarin and English
n
Previous experience in customer service, retail, banking, finance or hospitality
n
Cash handling experience
n
Experience working in a regulated industry
n
n
No previous foreign exchange experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful applicant.
