Manage facilities across a portfolio of shopping centres throughout the Newcastle, Port Stephens and Hunter region.
n
Work across a portfolio of large, high value retail assets.
n
Ideal for someone who enjoys workingwithhard services, soft services, BMS-related matters,
contractorperformanceand
site presentation across the portfolio.
n
Proven experience in a Senior Operations Manager, Senior Facilities Manager or similar role within shopping centres, retailpropertyor comparable fast-paced asset environments.
n
Strong capability managingmulti siteportfolios, balancing travel, priorities and competing operational demands effectively.
n
Confident handling incidents, siteissuesand escalations, with the ability to make sound decisions in a calm and professional manner.
n
Practical,resilientand
accountable, with a strong understanding of safety, risk and compliance requirements and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic retail workplace.
n
Comfortable working across4x shopping centres and travelling to sites.
n
Must havea valid driver'slicense.
n

The role
n
You'llmanage hard services,
maintenance,complianceand
contractor performance to ensure each
centreremainssafe,efficientand
ready for trade every day.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of four shopping centres acrossNewcastle, Port Stephens and Hunter region.
n
Coordinate all maintenance activities, including
planned,preventativeand
reactive works, working closely with contractors to minimise disruption.
n
Manage hard and soft services,



building systems,
contractorperformanceand
overall site presentation.
n
Carry out regular site
inspections,identifyissues
early and ensure they are resolvedin a timely manner.
n
Monitor operational budgets, track spend and prioritise work across the portfolio.
n
Respond to tenant and operational requests, delivering a high standard of service in a live retail environment.
n
Maintain a strong focus on safety,riskand compliance across all centres.
n
