Job Description
Bluefin Resources is seeking a newly created Senior Legal Counsel to join its ASX-listed financial services business in Melbourne. You will report to the General Counsel and mentor a Junior Legal Counsel while advising across funds management, governance, regulatory matters and strategic initiatives.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will contribute to a broad portfolio of responsibilities, including complex commercial agreements, product development and corporate governance processes.
