A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Services Engineer to join a high-performing project team delivering large, iconic projects across Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in building services who has successfully delivered major new build and complex fit-out projects within Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environments.
n
You'll play a key role in coordinating and managing all building services, ensuring quality delivery, program compliance, and seamless integration across the project lifecycle.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and coordinate all building services packages, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and broader MEP systems.
n
Oversee services from design through to installation, commissioning, and final handover.
n
Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
n
Review and manage services design, identifying risks, clashes, and value engineering opportunities.
n
Ensure services are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
n
Work closely with construction, design, and project management teams to drive successful project outcomes.
n
Monitor progress, resolve technical issues,



and maintain compliance with Australian Standards and project specifications.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
n
n
A degree or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
n
Proven experience as a Services Engineer or Senior Services Engineer on large-scale commercial, healthcare, data centre, industrial, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.
n
Strong experience delivering new build and/or complex fit-out projects.
n
Previous experience working within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor environment.
n
Extensive knowledge of HVAC and MEP services coordination.
n
Excellent technical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
n
The ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining robust attention to detail.
n
A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
n
Must be able work autonomously and lead from the front
