About the position
We are seeking applications for an
EmploymentMentor
to provideindividualised support, assistance and guidance to job seekers froma CALD background who are addressing/overcoming barriers toemployment. If successful,



you will ensure that they gain suitableemployment opportunities within an appropriate time frame, and willnegotiate, monitor and review the delivery of employment supportservices for clients. This involves the case management of acaseload of job seekers, reverse marketing candidates, job searchtraining and supporting employers as they take on candidates whoare from a CALD background.
