Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects while helping shape the future of our construction division.

The Opportunity
n
As Site Foreman, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple residential construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest standard.
n
You'll work closely with our Construction Manager, Project Coordinator and Operations Team to maintain exceptional quality while keeping projects moving.
n

Your Responsibilities
n
n
Manage residential construction projects from commencement through to completion.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.
n
Ensure works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications and Australian Standards.
n
Maintain construction schedules and site programs.
n
Conduct quality inspections throughout every stage of construction.
n




Monitor workplace health and safety compliance.
n
Communicate daily with management regarding project progress.
n
Identify and resolve site issues before they become problems.
n
Maintain clean, organised and professional building sites.
n
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to Primrose Group's quality expectations
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who leads by example and genuinely cares about delivering quality homes.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience supervising residential construction.
n
Experience with duplexes, townhouses or custom residential homes.
n
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
n
Robust organisational and time management abilities.
n
Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
n
Buildertrend or Similiar system experience (highly recommended)
n
High attention to detail.
n
Current White Card.
n
Current Driver Licence.
n
Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
n
