The Role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee day‐to‐day operations, drive project performance, and play a key role in expanding our footprint across the mining and industrial sectors. This is a hands‐on leadership role with a solid commercial focus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage operational teams across electrical and mining projects
n
Oversee project delivery, scheduling, resourcing, and compliance
n
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships across mining and heavy industry
n




Identify and pursue new business opportunities and tenders
n
Develop operational strategies to support growth and profitability
n
Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics
n
Mentor and develop supervisors, trades, and project staff
n

About You

You're a confident leader who understands the realities of mining operations and electrical project delivery. You're commercially sharp, technically grounded, and comfortable representing the business with clients and stakeholders.

You Will Bring

Electrical trade qualification or engineering background (highly regarded)
n
Experience in mining, heavy industrial, or resources sectors
n
Strong operational leadership experience
n
Proven success in business development or client‐facing roles
n
Excellent communication, planning, and problem‐solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
