Job Description

PBS Retail Pharmacy in Sydney seeks a senior pharmacist to lead both sterile and non-sterile compounding in a busy PBS retail setting. You will still actively compound, mentor staff, and shape growth strategies within the lab and retail teams.

With 3–5 years of compounding experience, you will ensure TGA compliance, maintain quality systems, and counsel patients while collaborating with prescribers for optimal patient care. A senior role with leadership input and equity discussions awaits.
