Job Description

We're seeking an experienced hotel/resort Reception Supervisor to join our small team at Rolling Surf Resort - Caloundra. This is a hands‐on role and we require someone who is exceptionally organised, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You'll be a key support to Resort linking all departments to help ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high service standards.

What you'll bring:

Previous hotel or resort reception experience
n
Robust organisational and time-management skills
n
The ability to take ownership and work independently
n
Confidence supporting and guiding team members when required
n




Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Experience with reservation systems (Resly experience highly regarded)
n
Flexibility to work weekends and wide-ranging shifts
n
Work in a stunning resort location at a beautiful property
