We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic FOH Manager to join our team and help keep things running smoothly across the venue.

n

The Vic is a busy, welcoming pub with a little bit of everything – a lively public bar, live sport, relaxed dining, a sunny beer garden and private dining space. We're all about outstanding service, good people and creating a place our locals love coming back to.

About the role

n

Working alongside the wider management team, you'll help with the day-to-day running of the venue and play an important role in keeping service organised, welcoming and running smoothly.

n

You'll be hands‐on across the venue,



supporting the team during busy services, looking after guests, helping with operational tasks and stepping in wherever needed.

n

It's a great role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, takes pride in doing things well and likes being part of a team.

About you

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role
n
Good knowledge of food, beverage and service
n
A friendly, confident and approachable manner
n
Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
n
The ability to stay calm and organised during busy serviceA hands‐on attitude and willingness to get involved
n
Valuable attention to detail and a strong work ethic
n
A genuine love of hospitality, pubs and working with people
n
Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
n
