About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, we are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. This hands-on role involves the safe and efficient movement of steel products within our yard and supporting daily production and delivery operations. An immediate start is available.
Key responsibilities include:
Load steel products onto trucks for delivery
Unload incoming steel deliveries
Load steel onto trolleys for production use
Group and prepare steel items according to daily run sheets
Move trucks within the yard as required
Complete daily forklift pre-start checks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard environment
About you
Current forklift licence with demonstrated experience (essential)
Experience handling heavy and long steel products (preferred)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to work independently and show initiative
