n MI Battery Engineering is looking for a confident, customer-focused leader to take our Customer Solutions Team to the next level. This is your chance to lead a talented team, improve the way customers experience our business, and help shape a more responsive, solutions-led service model.
n You'll lead five Customer Solutions Specialists supporting customers across Australia-coaching your team, streamlining processes, resolving escalations and partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing customer solutions team.
n
Create a customer-first culture built on ownership, urgency and continuous improvement.
n
Improve response times, quotation accuracy, order support and issue resolution.
n
Work closely with Sales and internal teams to remove roadblocks and support growth.
n
Use customer insights and performance metrics to identify better ways of working.
n

What You'll Bring

Proven leadership experience in customer service, customer success or customer solutions.
n
Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Commercial awareness and a practical approach to process improvement.
n
Confidence using ERP and CRM systems.
n
A positive, collaborative style with the drive to make things better.
n
Experience with battery technologies or DC power systems will be highly regarded.
