We are seeking a Fund Operations Associate to support operations across Aoris' Australian, Cayman Islands and UK funds. This role is full-time and based in our Sydney CBD office. You will be working alongside the Fund Operations Manager and Head of Operations and Finance, playing a key role in supporting business critical activities.

Role responsibilities include

Fund Operations - 80%
n
Trade lifecycle management
n
Unit pricing reviews
n
Unit registry oversight
n
Due diligence questionnaires
n
Monthly reporting to investors, consultants, platforms and research houses
n
Payment processing
n
Management fee reviews and rebate administration
n
Daily ASX monitoring and disclosures
n
Wholesale certificate register updates
n
Responding to investor queries
n
Driving process and risk improvements across the fund operations functions
n
Office administration support
n
Support year end process and regulatory reporting
n
Maintenance of policy and procedures
n
n




Business Development Assistance - 20%
n
n
Managing printing and postage of annual letter mailout
n
Preparation of monthly reports for distribution to investors
n
Maintenance of the website with updated fund information
n
Preparing competitor analysis reports
n
Supporting the distribution team with ad-hoc requests
n
n
Key skills and experience
n
n
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
n
Experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations is desirable but not essential
n
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Proficiency in working with AI tools
n
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in fund operations
n
n
