Merriwa Industries is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Garden Maintenance & Landscaping Operators to join our growing Garden Maintenance team.

About the Role
n
As a Casual Garden Maintenance Operator, you'll help maintain and enhance outdoor spaces by undertaking a variety of horticultural and grounds maintenance tasks, including:
n
n
Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping
n
Pruning, weeding, digging holes and planting
n
Mulching, watering and garden bed preparation
n
Preparing soil for turf installation and installing watering systems
n
Leaf blowing and green waste removal
n
Operating and maintaining gardening equipment safely
n
Delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
n
n
We're looking for people who:
n
n
Have experience in garden maintenance, landscaping, horticulture or grounds maintenance OR demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
n
Can commit to casual employment with consistent full-time hours.
n
Enjoy working outdoors in a physically active role.
n
Work well as part of a team and can follow instructions.
n
Have a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
n
Hold a current driver's licence
(preferred/required
for driving company vehicles).
n
Can successfully complete the required pre-employment screening, including a Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and White Card.
