We're now seeking a professional and compassionate Receptionist to work alongside another receptionist as part of our busy front-of-house team in our Sydney CBD office.

The role
n
As the first point of contact for the firm, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and qualified experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office.

You will:

Meet and greet a wide range of visitors including clients, barristers and solicitors
n
Manage ahigh volume of incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
n
Direct enquiries efficiently and accurately
n
Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area
n
Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and care, particularly when dealing with clients during difficult times
n

About you
n

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
n
Proven ability to handle large call volumes
n
Strong customer service experience
n
A compassionate, empathetic and skilled approach
n
The ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
n
