Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce fulfilment area to ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

Monitor workflow and quickly address operational issues or bottlenecks.

Ensure warehouse processes and operational standards are consistently followed.

Maintain high standards of warehouse organisation, safety, and housekeeping.

Fulfilment Operations

Coordinate daily picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
n
Oversee returns processing and spare parts fulfilment.
n
Ensure stock handling accuracy and correct order preparation.
n
Manage competing operational priorities and respond quickly to urgent requests.

Lead and support a team of approximately 4–6 warehouse operators.
n
Train and guide team members on warehouse processes and best practices.
n
Provide transparent direction and ensure team productivity and accountability.
n
Lead by example through active participation in daily warehouse operations.
