Physiotherapist - Mixed Caseload (Private Practice + Community) - Brisbane QLD
About the Role
We are seeking a Physiotherapist for a full-time or part-time position with a clinician-led private practice in Brisbane, QLD. This is a mixed caseload role combining clinic-based private practice with community physiotherapy across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay. You will treat the full spectrum of musculoskeletal, sporting, orthopaedic and rehabilitation presentations, with your caseload shaped around your preferred work structure and clinical interests. The practice has developed several specialised clinical streams including Sports Physiotherapy, Headaches and Migraine Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Neurological Physiotherapy, and Men's Health and Continence, giving you a clear pathway to build advanced expertise while maintaining a diverse general caseload.
Responsibilities
Manage a mixed caseload across clinic and community settings in North Brisbane and Moreton Bay
Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based management across musculoskeletal, sporting, orthopaedic and rehabilitation presentations
Develop goal-directed rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's presentation and functional outcomes
Apply skilled manual therapy, exercise prescription and clinical reasoning
Collaborate with GPs, Specialists, Support Coordinators, OTs and the wider multidisciplinary team
Produce high-quality clinical documentation, reports and skilled correspondence
Participate in mentoring,



clinical education and peer review
Build expertise within one or more specialised clinical service streams

$90,000 to $100,000 per annum + superannuation
43 to 45% commission in addition to your base salary

About You
AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
Passionate about delivering evidence-based care
Comfortable working across both clinic and community settings
Interested in developing your clinical skills
Confident communicator
Organised and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Current driver's licence
Eligible to work in Australia
