This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Level 2 Systems Engineer looking to build on their support experience and progress into infrastructure project work. You'll work alongside Senior Engineers, support a wide range of customer environments, and gain hands‐on experience with modern cloud technologies while developing toward a future Level 3 position.

Responsibilities
n
n
Provide Level 2 technical support across Microsoft environments.
n
Troubleshoot servers, networking and cloud technologies.
n
Assist with infrastructure projects and customer deployments.
n
Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
n
Work closely with Senior Engineers on larger implementations.
n
Produce clear technical documentation.
n
Visit client sites across Sydney when required.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Current Australian Driver's License.
