We're looking for a reliable and organised Business Development Manager to join the CNW Ballarat Team.

In this fast paced role, you will
n
n
Plan weekly and monthly agendas with clear sales goals.
n
Visit 3–5 clients daily to build and maintain relationships.
n




Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on outstanding requests.
n
Prospect new clients and pursue business opportunities.
n
Engage with suppliers to enhance product knowledge and customer value.
n
Utilise sales tools (e.g., MPro, CRM and reports) to identify trends and drive sales.
n
Acquire at least four new accounts monthly and convert them into regular clients.
n
Organise and attend marketing and promotional events.
n
n
