Job Description

Busy Motel Casual Relief Manager required for ongoing 2 days a week and public holiday/annual leave coverage for Byron Bay Motel. This is not full time employment. Days are generally Tuesday & Wednesday each week.

Duties include:

n

Management of Reception, calls, emails, replying to queries and taking bookings
n
Welcoming Guests at Check in & general guest relations
n
Online Booking System (Guestpoint)
n
Processing Payments & other financial recording
n
Managing Housekeeping Staff & Assisting where needed
n
Any other day to day operations as required
n

n

Previous experience in managing motels or similar venues is required.

Knowledge of Online Reservations & Microsoft Office Suite
n
Excellent Organizational & Marketing Skills
n
Knowledge of Byron Bay & Surrounding Areas
n
Sound Knowledge of Basic Accounting Procedures
n
Ability to Supervise Staff
