Job Description

JewishCare NSW is seeking a Workforce Planner for Aged & Disability Services. This role is based in Sydney with casual but full time hours.

You will sit at the centre of service delivery, proactively planning and optimising workforce capacity across Support at Home and NDIS programs to protect continuity of care. You will collaborate with Care Partners, Team Leaders and Support Workers, ensuring rostering compliance with SCHADS and funding requirements while supporting payroll and invoicing with
