Represent the Australian market in regional forums, providing customer, market and competitor insights.

Strengthen account management, customer success and retention practices.

Drive customer experience improvements, CRM discipline and adoption of digital servicing channels.
n
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the commercial operating model.
n
Translate regional frameworks into effective local execution and monitor adoption, governance and performance.

People Leadership

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team.
n
Build capability, accountability and collaboration while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Other Responsibilities

n

Support crisis management, ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to broader business initiatives.

Key Requirements:

n

n
Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Shipping or a related discipline.
n
Knowledge of the Australian shipping, logistics or supply chain market is desirable.
n
10+ years' commercial leadership experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain.
n
Proven success delivering revenue growth, customer retention and commercial strategy.
n
