Located at Ocean Shores NSW, just 30 minutes south of Tweed Heads and around the same north from Byron Bay, Ocean Shores Country Club is looking for a permanent Club House Duty Manager to join our fantastic team.

About you

n

n
A hands-on position with proven experience in the hospitality industry
n
Motivated to lead and work as part of a team
n
Genuine interest in service and a passion for hospitality
n
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across 7 days and nights on a rotating roster
n

n

Qualifications & experience

n

n
Excellent knowledge and practical skills relating to hotel or registered club operations including; cash handling and reconciliation, venue security, bar, coffee shop & gaming operations (including gaming machines, TAB and Keno)
n
Hold current NSW RSA & RCG and unrestricted driver's licence
n
Tertiary qualifications in hospitality are desirable
n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

n
Supervising Club House activities and trading operations
n
Motivating and leading staff
n
Liaising with multiple stakeholders (e.g. golf, bowls, special interests and community groups)
n
Staff training and induction in line with the Club's policies
n
Ensuring compliance with legislative responsibilities
n

n
