We are seeking a Junior Administration Assistant / Receptionist who is keen to learn from the ground up and be part of our expanding team.

This fulltime position is an excellent prospect for a recent school leaver ready to start their office career with a supportive team. This is an entry level role with hands on training working in a well-respected Air Conditioning Company.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
Greeting clients/suppliers and answering phones
n
Processing incoming and outgoing mail and client correspondence (post/email)
n
Entering Purchase Orders and receiving stock/deliveries
n
Provide support to the Projects/Service teams: including entering new proposals, tenders, generating reports and project records
n
Liaise with our Projects / Service team on invoicing, receipting and client billing queries
n
Ensuring the office is well presented and maintained
n
Maintaining and ordering of office consumables
n
Organising vehicle fleet services and repairs
n
Coordinating trades,



deliveries and office maintenance
n
Supporting coordination and data management tasks
n

What You Require

n

n
Friendly, reliable with an organised approach
n
Strong attention to detail, communication skills and a professional phone manner
n
Comfortable with basic office tech (email, printer/scanner, calendars)
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
n
Ability to multitask and take initiative in a quick-paced environment
n
Availability to work in the office Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm (Monthly RDOs included)
n
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
n
Current Drivers Licence will be necessary
n
