n The Opportunity
n This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive firms where you'll work closely with Partners and manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries. You'll provide high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services while building long-term client relationships and contributing to the development of junior team members.

Manage a portfolio of companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and self-managed superannuation funds.
n
Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns and compliance work.
n
Deliver taxation, accounting and business advisory services.
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive advice.
n
Assist clients with tax planning,



business structuring and commercial decision-making.
n
Review work completed by junior accountants and provide technical guidance.
n
Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and ongoing support.
n
Manage workflow, budgets and client deadlines to ensure exceptional service delivery.
n
Work closely with the Partners to identify opportunities to add value to clients.
n
n
About You
n To be successful, you will have:
n
n
CA or CPA qualification.
n
Extensive experience within Australian public practice accounting.
n
Strong technical knowledge across taxation and compliance.
n
Experience managing a client portfolio independently.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Previous experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
n
