Two-week rotating roster (Day & Afternoon shifts)

Monday to Friday

Ongoing work with the opportunity to go permanent

Work in a clean, modern manufacturing workplace

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate production machinery to meet high-speed production schedules while ensuring minimal downtime.
n
Monitor and replenish packaging and process materials to keep production lines running efficiently.
n
Set up production lines for scheduled changeovers.
n
Complete weekly cleaning and lubrication of machinery.
n




Assist with general factory duties and housekeeping to maintain a safe and organised workplace.
n
Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience (line operating experience preferred but not essential).
n
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
n
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
n
A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
n
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
n
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
n
