We are a boutique builder/developer who specialises in delivering diverse range of projects - anywhere from high-end homes & townhouses to retail & medical projects. We are looking for a Full Time Contract Site Managerto help us run a project in KYNETON.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and overseeing project delivery.
n
Reporting to Directors and/or Project Manager.
n
Ensuring work is within time, budget and quality standard.
n
Managing Project Teams and Site Personnel
n




OH&S; - ensuring all safety regulations are being implemented.
n

About You:
n
n
Relevant tertiary or trades background
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
n
Experience delivering industrial and/or retail projects preferred
n
Proven track record of managing similar projectsfrom start to completionup to$5M
n
Excellent communication, analytical & adaptable
n
A positive and solutions focused attitude
n
Excellent with clients, subcontractors and co-workers alike
