Full-timeor Part-timepermanent positionlocatedat Flinders StreetCampus Hybrid(Campus andonline)- Approximately 2 days on campus and 3 days online

Whatyou'llbring
n
n
Master's degree in Psychology(or a closely related discipline)or a partially completed PhDisrequired; acompletedPhD is highly regarded.
n
Demonstrated experience teaching psychology in a higher education setting and/or relevant professional experience in psychology, with the ability to bring contemporary industry knowledge and practice into the learning setting.
n
Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environmentsin HigherEducation
n
Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching
n
Confidence using, or enthusiasm for adopting, AI-enabled approaches in education
n
Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities
n
A student-centredapproach to teaching and learning
n
Strong communicationand collaboration skills
n
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning
n
Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
n
