ABOUT THE ROLE
n
In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers. As a Check‐In Crew member, you will be responsible for greeting customers with a smile, ensuring travel documents meet requirements, assigning seats, preparing and issuing boarding passes, managing baggage, assisting with gate boarding, and handling passenger marshalling and disruption management. Your efforts will make a significant impact on travellers' journeys.

YOUR DUTIES

Greet customers warmly at check‐in.
n
Process and verify travel documents.
n
Assign seats and issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers.
n
Assist with gate boarding procedures.
n




Marshal passengers and manage disruptions as needed.

ESSENTIALS
n

Professional appearance and demeanour.

High proficiency in spoken and written English.
n
Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
n
Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays (e.g., Christmas).
n
Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
n
Ability to work shifts spanning 05:*******:00.
n
Commitment to a minimum of 16 hours per fortnight.
n
Availability for 2 weeks of full‐time paid training.
