The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a rapidly growing project delivery business delivering major industrial and infrastructure developments across Australia.
n
This role will be focused specifically on projects within South Australia, overseeing the design and construction delivery of large-scale new-build industrial facilities within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
n
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from early design and procurement phases through to construction delivery and completion, working closely with senior leadership and experienced national delivery teams.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the end-to-end delivery of major industrial and infrastructure projects across South Australia
n
Coordinate projects through design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
n
Manage programme, budget, procurement, safety, quality, and project risk outcomes
n
Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams
n
Drive construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on programme
n
Support site-based teams including Engineers, Supervisors, and Site Managers
n
Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy, planning,



and delivery improvements
n
Assist in implementing innovative construction methodologies and accelerated delivery programmes
n
Foster a collaborative and solutions-focused project culture
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering industrial, logistics, warehouse, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects
n
Solid experience across new-build construction projects with significant civil, structural steel, precast, and services components
n
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within fast-paced project environments
n
Solid commercial, contractual, and programme management capability
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Experience working for developers, client-side PM firms, or major contractors will be highly regarded
n
Data centre experience is not essential
n
