Experience in civil, mining, construction or industrial operations is highly regarded but not essential

What You'll Be Doing
n
As a Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our people and supporting the successful delivery of our Civil Maintenance contract at Yarwun.
n
You'll:

Lead and support Supervisors and operational teams
n
Build a positive, safety-first culture where people can thrive
n
Develop and mentor employees while driving performance
n
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
n
Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
n
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
n
Support workforce planning and future leadership development
n
Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and business goals
n
n
You'll be backed by experienced Supervisors and technical experts, giving you the support to focus on leadership, people development and operational excellence.
