Motorama is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Finance Broker to join our growing Finance team. You'll work with a wide panel of lenders, helping customers secure finance solutions while delivering a seamless experience from enquiry through to settlement.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Meet with customers to understand their finance needs and borrowing capacity.
n
Structure and submit finance applications to an extensive lender panel.
n
Manage applications from enquiry through to settlement.
n
Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
n
Maintain an active pipeline and achieve settlement and revenue targets.
n
Ensure all applications meet responsible lending and compliance requirements.
n
Keep accurate records using CRM and broker systems.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in consumer, commercial or asset finance broking.
n
Strong understanding of lender policies and credit assessment.
n
Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
Proven ability to manage multiple clients in a quick-paced environment.
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.
n
Experience using CRM or broker software.
n
