About the Role

As our Property Manager, you'll:

n

n
Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 120 properties.
n
Build robust relationships with property owners, tenants and contractors.
n
Coordinate maintenance,



inspections and day-to-day property management.
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and communication.
n
Work as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
n

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

n

n
A minimum of 1 years' experience in residential Property Management.
n
A current Queensland Certificate of Registration.
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
Robust organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
