We have a part-time vacancy for candidates who are eager to work in an Entry Level Customer Support / Administration and to be part of a fun, fast-paced expanding business.

This is an ongoing permanent part time position offering long-term career stability.

Location: New Gisborne, just off the Calder Freeway.

Responsibilities include

n

n
Conducting inbound and outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and service requests
n
Managing emails and supporting inbox coordination
n
Updating internal system and maintaining accurate records
n
Build relationships with clients
n
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls and speaking with customers
n
A high-energy & upbeat person who genuinely cares and has an ability to work with people of all walks of life.
n
Must have previous customer phone-based support experience (minimum 12 months +)
n
Experience using CRM systems
n
Must have intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel computer skills
n
Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
n
Highly organised with solid attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced high volume environment
n
Ability to speak Chinese Mandarin / Cantonese or Thai - Highly Regarded but not essential
