An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, motivated and professional Salon Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist to join our established and busy salon.
n
We are looking for someone who can lead by example, provide exceptional client care, support and mentor our team, and ensure the salon operates smoothly while maintaining the highest skilled standards.

About the role:
n
n
Lead and support the salon team
n
Assist with day-to-day salon operations
n
Deliver exceptional customer service
n
Perform Brazilian and body waxing to a high standard
n
Spray tanning
n
Lash and brow treatments
n
Tinting and facial waxing
n
Mentor and assist in training junior team members
n
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
n
Maintain a qualified, positive and organised workplace
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Extensive experience as a Beauty Therapist
n
Confident performing Brazilian waxing
n
Previous leadership or management experience is highly regarded
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Honest, reliable and punctual
n
Skilled presentation
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
n
Ability to work independently and make decisions
n
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
n
Available to work Saturdays
n
n
Must be qualified and experienced.
n
Must have experience in Brazilians.
n
Immediate start.
n
